MS dataset for "Carbon monoxide-driven bioethanol production operates via a tungsten-dependent catalyst"

The experiment was conducted to confirm identity and purity of tungsten-dependent aldehyde:ferredoxin oxidoreductase (AFOR) and ferredoxin purified from Clostridium autoethanogenum by mass spectrometry-based proteomics. The dataset includes raw mass spectra acquired for in-gel digested proteins and the result of their matching against C.autoethanogenum proteins (Scaffold format).
