Uncertainty analysis from top-of-atmosphere reflectance to plant functional type distributions [Dataset]

This dataset constitutes a Monte Carlo ensemble of seasonal land surface reflectance (LSR) and yearly plant functional type (PFT) fractional coverage for study areas in Paraguay, Belgium and Germany, and Sudan. The dataset was generated to study the uncertainty budget for ESA CCI Medium-Resolution Land Cover and includes data, figures, and Jupyter notebooks used to generate the figures and to analyse the data. Jupyter notebooks are included at top level for preview and within data-and-figures directories for execution.
