Number of newly released 3D movies in the Netherlands 2016-2023

Throughout 2023, 19 3D movies premiered in theaters across the Netherlands, up from 15 a year earlier. The 2022 figure accounted for little less than half of the numbers recorded between 2017 and 2019, before the pandemic. Movie theaters across the Netherlands sold 24.8 million tickets in 2022, up from 14.2 million a year earlier
