UMAP channel value files

These files are channel value exports from FlowJo representing N=3 uninfected and N=3 Cal/07/09 infected NHBE cultures differentiated for 3 weeks at air-liquid interface in Pneumacult media. To create these files, populations were manually gated in FlowJo to the major cellular populations (see manuscript for staining and gating details). For each defined population, a channel value csv file was exported and a column was added listing the major population from which the file came. Once all 9 populations for a single sample were exported, the csv files were concatenated to create a single file. These files are used as input for making UMAPs in Figure 1B and 2A of the manuscript.
