Updated TCGA glioma classification through integration of molecular data following the 2016 WHO guidelines

Resumes the sample classification provided by Method-2016. This 1110 x 4 matrix reports, for each sample, the corresponding histological type currently available on TCGA (“TCGA-histological.type” column), the exact type nomenclature assigned by our method, in accordance with the 2016 WHO CNS taxonomy (“classification.2016_complete.labels” column), as well as the simplified name we attributed (“classification.2016_simplified.labels” column).
