Primary cell cultures were isolated from different KrasG12D-driven mouse models of pancreatic cancers and subjected to array comparative genomic hybridization (aCGH) for the investigation of copy number profiles. Overall design: We generated primary pancreatic cancer cell cultures from the following mouse genotypes: KrasG12D-Panc (PK, 54 samples); KrasG12D-Panc;PB-Panc (PK-PB, 17 samples); KrasG12D-Panc;Cdkn2a-∆HOM-Panc (PKC, 16 samples); KrasG12D-Panc;Trp53-∆HOM-Panc (PKP, 16 samples) and Kras-G12D-Panc;Tgfbr2-∆HET/HOM-Panc (PKT, 12 samples).
