Spectral Analysis of Herovici stained sections of PDGF-BB DegraPol® or pure DegraPol® tube treated rabbit Achilles tendons and native tendons

Histological sections from three experimental groups were subjected to Herovici (HV) staining for Collagen I and III. The groups comprised: (1) native rabbit Achilles tendons (NT; untreated control); (2) a pure DegraPol® tube-treated tendon (Tube only), and (3) PDGF-BB/DegraPol® tube treated tendons; evaluated 3 weeks post-transection and suture. The Collagen I-to-III ratio was determined by the red-to-blue ratio across various anatomical zones. We provide complete raw data of spectra/histograms from the fields of view analyzed in different anatomical zones.
