<b>Question</b>: Is there any difference in the incidence of prosthesis loop dislocation from the incus between manual crimping Teflon and Titanium stapes prostheses over time? <b>Findings</b>: In this retrospective survival analysis on 855 patients, we observed 23/755 cases (2.9%) of dislocation in the Teflon group and 0/97 In the Titanium group but this difference was not statistically significant. <b>Meaning</b>: Titanium stapes prostheses seem more stable than Teflon prostheses over time. Further prospective studies are encouraged to confirm these findings.
