454 sequencing of the transcriptome of endosperm transfer cells (ETCs) from barley at different developmental stages using GS FLX Titanium sequencing

Tissue-specific transcriptome data from differentiating ETCs have been generated using GS FLX Titanium sequencing. The data have been used to capture rare and novel transcripts which might be underrepresented in existing barley EST collections.
