资源简介:
The study determines the transcriptosome of leukocytes from septic patients upon admission who were infected with gram-negative bacteria and not diagnosed with overt disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC).Higher levels of MALAT1 are associated with the onset of DIC 48 hours after the admission. Overall design: Leukocytes of septic patients were harvested upon admission. DIC scores were assessed 48 hours after the admission and patients with score >5 were diagnosed with overt DIC. Six samples, including three samples from patients without overt DIC versus three samples of patients newly diagnosed with overt DIC 48 hours after admission, were subjected to RNA sequencing. The transcriptosome of leukocytes from septic patients with or without newly diagnosed DIC were compared.
