Dataset of Service Latency, Concurrency, and Resource Elastic Scaling

This dataset characterizes the relationship among service latency, concurrency, and resource allocation under elastic scaling conditions. It is generated under a fixed total resource constraint, where increasing replicas leads to reduced per-replica resources, while varying concurrency introduces realistic workload pressure. The dataset enables modeling and analysis of latency behavior under resource–replica tradeoffs and concurrency-aware scaling scenarios.
