This dataset offers **the list of allergens present in the diet** identified on the government website of the [Directorate-General for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control](https://www.economie.gouv.fr/dgccrf/Publications/Vie-pratique/Fiches-pratiques/Allergene-alimentaire). The list of allergens is periodically revised based on scientific assessments and we invite you to consult the [DGCCRF website](https://www.economie.gouv.fr/dgccrf/Publications/Vie-pratique/Fiches-pratiques/Allergene-alimentaire) for any changes and updates to this list. * * * * We offer as an attachment the practical fact sheet on allergens published in May 2019 by the DGCCRF.
