This study investigated amitraz and chlorfenapyr resistance in the highly chlorfenapyr resistant and moderately amitraz resitant Ethiopian HPC strain of the two-spotted spider mite Tetranychus urticae.A bulked segregant analysis (BSA) experiment via genetic mapping was performed in which identified genomic loci (QTLs) underlying resistance.
