Downloadable datasets (human-readable) The County Health Rankings & Roadmaps (CHR&R) program provides county-level health data for the United States, supporting population health research, health policy, and community wellbeing. This Zenodo release contains 15 years of County Health Rankings & Roadmaps data (2010–2025) formatted for easy human readability. Each year-specific folder includes Excel files, PDFs, data dictionaries, documentation, and trends files where available. These files are primarily intended for users who want to view and interpret the data directly, rather than perform programmatic analyses.
