A versioned, reproducible synthesis dataset of hourly renewable-electricity curtailment and associated-gas flaring, covering 384 regions across six continents. Built by combining live feeds from transmission system operators and energy regulators (ENTSO-E, EIA, AEMO, Elexon, ONS, and others) with published annual calibration anchors (IRENA, Ember, GGFR). Each region's provenance, calibration rate, and confidence tier are documented machine-readably. Published to support the "Every Last Joule" thesis that an interruptible load such as Bitcoin mining can match global renewable curtailment, but made fully open so the dataset is useful for any renewable-integration, grid-planning, or waste-heat-economy research.
