Background data for: In a Space of ‘Illegal Lawfulness': The Normative Order of Radical Environmental Movements and the Enforcement of International Environmental Law

The dataset comprises various direct actions carried out by the transnational environmental organizations for the implementation of international environmental law. It includes 400 actions carried out by 7 transnational environmental organizations; Stichting Greenpeace Council ; Sea Shepherd; Eco Activists for Governance and Law Enforcement; Extinction Rebellion; Last Generation; Just Stop Oil; Les Soulèvements de la Terre. It includes actions taken between 1971 and 2024.

The dataset is created under the HORIZON TMA Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Postdoctoral Fellowship that is funded by the European Union, and implemented at the Law Faculty of the UiT The Arctic University of Norway. This is a background data for a monograph in preparation out of the research project. A reference to the publication will follow in due course.
