Concerns about generative AI use among marketers in the U.S. 2023

During a March 2023 survey among brand marketers in the United States, approximately 45 percent of respondents said their main concern about using artificial intelligence (AI) in marketing was the significant cost of implementation it may carry. This was followed by 41 percent citing legal vulnerabilities and data privacy concerns.
