aFlag-tagged DBC2 was synthesized by TnT in RRL, followed by no additions (DBC2) or treatment with geldanamycin (GA), molybdate (MoO4) and/or vehicle controls (buffer or DMSO). RRL containing empty vector was used as the negative control for nonspecific binding (NS).
