Host-Microbiome Interaction in DSS-Induced Colitis Model

This study investigates host-microbiome interactions in the context of DSS-induced colitis, aiming to identify key microbial signatures associated with host inflammatory responses. Using sequencing data from both host colon tissue and the colonic microbiome, we explore the complex dynamics between the microbiome and host immunity during inflammatory bowel disease.
