Transcriptome data of different pathogenic stages in Cytospora chrysosperma

To analyze whether the 22 SNAREs in C. chrysosperma were required for the fungal virulence, we performed a transcriptomic analysis during the infection processes, we planned to make a transcriptomic analysis at the infection stages 0d,1d, 3d, which might result from the tissue necrosis during the infection process.
