Cross-cultural Adjustment of international students in Russia: Waking Resting Heart Rate

Continuous heart rate monitoring was conducted using Sony SmartBand 2 devices. When analyzing the data, we employed the following the ―waking up item time was identified according to the participants’ health journals, the items that would be captured during those time slots, or 15 min before/15 min after it were further analyzed if they met the requirement of the accelerometer data to be equal zero.
