Prtg+ve Rhombic Lip Ventricular Zone Stem Cells Initiate and Maintain Group 3 Medulloblastoma [shPRTG_bulk

PRTG+ve cells show high self renewability in Group 3 medulloblastoma tumors and depletion of these cells reduce tumor burden in vivo. To study the functions, we silenced PRTG expression in Gr3 lines Group 3 cells from three different lines (Med411FH, D425, MB002) were infected with lentiviral vectors containing shNT or shPRTG. Infected cells were harvested post 72 hours of transduction. Each experiment was performed in 2 replicates.
