Research on phylogenetic analysis in Orthoptera

There is not enough sequence data for Orthoptera in Japan, and some species remain unregistered. Therefore, in this project, we aimed to clarify the variation among regional populations based on molecular phylogenetics by clarifying the COI sequences and 18S rRNA sequences of some Orthoptera that live in Japan.
