The receptor tyrosine kinase FLT3 is expressed in myeloid and lymphoid progenitor cells. Here, the influence of the FLT3 ITD mutation and PTPRC inactivation on the bone remodeling was studied in mice. Gene expression analysis of differentiated osteoclasts showed dysregulated signaling pathways influencing their differentiation as well as the coupling of bone resorption and formation. RNA-seq data comprises four osteoclast cell cultures seeded from CD11b-positve bone marrow cells of different C57BL/6J mice lines (wild type, Ptprc KO, Flt3 ITD KI, Flt3 KI Ptprc KO). 24 samples in 4 groups: wild type (4 samples), Ptprc KO (4 samples), Flt3 ITD KI (4 samples), Flt3ITD KI Ptprc KO (4 samples).
