The pivotal role of T cells in immune-mediated glomerulonephritis (IMGN), a critical subtype of kidney disease, is increasingly recognized. However, existing studies lack a comprehensive understanding of the characteristics and functional roles of IMGN T cells in the human context. To address this gap, we integrated single-cell RNA sequencing (sc-RNA seq) data from the three primary IMGN types—IgA nephropathy (IgAN), lupus nephritis (LN), and membranous nephropathy (MN)—to identify T cell subtype alterations at single-cell resolution. Utilizing advanced bioinformatics approaches, we constructed T cell co-expression networks (CRN), traced differentiation trajectories, and characterized the metabolic and communication profiles within the IMGN microenvironment. The dataset compiled in this study enables straightforward analysis of the T cell landscape in IMGN, with all raw and processed data being openly accessible. This resource provides researchers with valuable insights into the T cell characteristics and pathogenic mechanisms of IMGN.
