Single-cell transcriptome profiles of tumor tissues from lung cancer patients receiving immune checkpoint inhibitors.

We performed single-cell RNA sequencing of lung cancer patients receiving immune checkpoint inhibitors. Tumor signatures and immune cell profiles associated with ICI response were identified in lung cancer.
