Association between waterthrush riparian habitat quality indices (i.e., EPA and HSI) and aquatic prey metrics in spatial generalized linear mixed models.

In 2013, aquatic prey biomass and density increased with increasing EPA score, while in 2014 intolerant genera increased with increasing EPA score. No relationships were statistically significant in 2013 between HSI and aquatic prey, but in 2014 intolerant genera and WVSCI (approaching significance) increased with increasing HSI score. Results with P are from a Poisson model. P values of variables that are statistically significant are bolded. Variable names are defined in S2 Table.
