Bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) airway cells were collected from macaques and subjected to sc-RNA sequencing to determine transcriptomic changes due to vaccinations Overall design: 23 samples from three macaque groups (unvaccinated, BCG-vaccinated, and ΔsigH-vaccinated) at pre-vaccination, post-vaccination, and post-Mtb challenge time points. Each condition has 4 samples, except "unvaccinated post-Mtb challenge" has 3 samples.
