The bacteriome of the halophyte Atriplex nummularia (old man saltbush) in salt-affected soils in northeastern Brazil

In this study, the microbiome of the halophyte plant Atriplex nummularia (oldman saltbush) was assessed through 16S rRNA gene sequencing (V4 region; NovaSeq 100K paired-end reads) of the leaves, roots and rhizospheric soil. These plants were collected in 3 different salt-affected soils of the northeast of Brazil.
