The role of biochar pore structure in enhancing resistance to bacterial wilt and its effects on soil microbial communities. While previous research has primarily focused on the chemical properties of biochar, we propose that the pore structure of biochar plays a critical role in influencing resistance to bacterial wilt. To explore this hypothesis, we systematically produced biochar with distinct pore structures at three pyrolysis temperatures and examined their impact on tobacco bacterial wilt resistance and soil microbial community dynamics.
