Liver RNA sequencing after long-term diet intervention with Short-term antibiotic exposure

RNA-seq analysis was performed at three time points. The first omics determination was performed after antibiotic intervention for 5 days. After five days of antibiotic exposure, rats received a normal or high-fat diet for 45 days. The second and third determination were conducted after 45 days diet intervention.
