Accompanying data for Synthetic bed topographies for Antarctica and their utility in ice sheet modelling

McCormack, Tobias Stål, Niya Shao, Emma MacKie, Ana Fabela Hinojosa, Mareen Lösing, Jason L.Roberts, Shivani Ehrenfeucht, and Christine F. Dow. The scripts figure1.tex, figure2.ipynb, figure3.ipynb, and figure4.ipynb contains the routines to reproduce figures in the paper. The directory data contains the bed topography datasets used in the ice sheet model simulations, and outputs from the prognostic simulations relevant for plotting. The scalar outputs used in the generation of figures 3 and 4 are provided in calculated_fields.zip.
