This pipeline was created with the open-source software CellProfiler (release 4.2.1) in order to quantify, through automatized analysis of confocal images, mitochondrial membrane potential in living mice fibroblasts, following staining with Tetramethylrhodamine, methyl ester (TMRM). The pipeline can be easily adapted to a new project modyfing the parameters in the dedicated menu of each command that compose the pipeline.
