Replication Data for Sparsity-constrained Gaussian Copula Graphical Models

This Dataset contains R scripts and R objects (.RData) to reproduce the simulation study and the real-data analysis reported in the paper, including tables and figures. The dataset includes: (i) code to generate synthetic data under the considered Gaussian copula graphical model settings; (ii) estimation routines and model selection (e.g., EBIC-based tuning); (iii) scripts to reproduce the empirical application and produce the corresponding outputs; and (iv) results saved as .RData to allow rebuilding paper outputs without rerunning computationally expensive steps.
