Each treatment (CK, CWR, SM) in the data was composed of soil samples from 3 sites (FY, Fengyang Village. DJ, Duanjiang Village. CJY, Caijiayang Village), and the average value and standard error were calculated with n = 12. "Table_1" presents the data related to soil environmental indicators in the article, including basic physical and chemical indicators of the soil, as well as MAOC and its chemical components. The relative proportions of fungal phylum and genus were calculated based on the number of genes of each specific genus among the total genes detected (since the fungal data at the phylum level was only analyzed at the relative level, only their total sum was provided, that is, the total sum of 12 samples).
