Sludge from anaerobic bioreactors Metagenome

This project aims to establish an anaerobic acidogenic-methanogenic two-stage treatment system to optimize the biomethane production in sewage treatment during anaerobic digestion. For this purpose, a comparison was made of single-phase (methanogenic reactor) and two-phase (acidogenic reactor + methanogenic reactor) systems in anaerobic fixed bed bioreactors, in order to verify the impact of this phase separation on domestic sewage treatment, clarifying operational, kinetic and microbiological aspects.
