The study involved the treatment of melanoma cells with four different conditions: vehicle (control), Poly(I:C), QS-21, and a combination of Poly(I:C) + QS-21. Each treatment was applied in vitro for a duration of 6 hours. Following the treatment, RNA was extracted from the cells for subsequent sequencing analysis. This design allows for the assessment of the individual effects of Poly(I:C) and QS-21, as well as their combined impact on the melanoma cells' gene expression profile.
