We performed transcriptomic analysis to investigate on-chip endothelial cells and fibroblasts. We extracted the RNA samples of on-chip endothelial cells(ECs) and fibroblasts(FBs) respectively from three different time points (Day 1, 3 and 5) and used Smart-seq2 protocol to generate mini bulk RNA-seq data. A total of 94 mini-bulk RNA samples were analyzed. Of these, 46 RNA samples are from ECs and 48 RNA samples are from FBs. 21 out of the 46 ECs samples are ECs cocultured with FB (6 biological replicates for day 1; 8 biological replicates for day 3 and 7 biological replicates for day 5) and the rest are ECs cultured alone (9 biological replicates for day 1; 8 biological replicates for day 3 and 8 biological replicates for day 5). As for FBs, 24 out of 48 FBs samples are FBs cocultured with ECs (9 biological replicates for day 1; 6 biological replicates for day 3 and 8 biological replicates for day 5) while another 26 samples are FBs monocultured (7 biological replicates for day 1; 6 biological replicates for day 3 and 12 biological replicates for day 5).
