1. Data Collection: Collect and statistically analyze the consumption data of pet anthelmintics in each province.
2. User Consumption Proportion Calculation: Calculate the user consumption proportion as (User Consumption Quantity / Total Consumption Quantity) × 100%, then rank users in descending order based on their proportion of total consumption.
3. ABCDEF Classification Method: Classify users into different tiers according to the following rules:
- Class A Users: Proportion of 3% and above
- Class B Users: Proportion ranging from 2% to 3% (excluding 3%)
- Class C Users: Proportion ranging from 1% to 2% (excluding 2%)
- Class D Users: Proportion ranging from 0.5% to 1% (excluding 1%)
- Class E Users: Proportion ranging from 0.1% to 0.5% (excluding 0.5%)
- Class F Users: Proportion below 0.1% (excluding 0.1%)
