Assay for Transposase-Accessible Chromatin sequencing (ATAC-Seq) is employed to investigate open chromatin regions in the genome. This analytical product includes quality control (QC), adapter trimming, alignment to the reference genome, peak calling, screening and annotation of transcription start sites (TSSs), as well as integrated analysis combining transcriptomic data and ChIP-seq data. This assay can be applied to identify open chromatin regions, analyze transcription factor binding sites, and conduct single-cell ATAC-seq analysis.
