Gastroentero-pancreatic (GEP) Neuroendocrine Neoplasm (NEN) is a lethalbut under-investigated disease owing to its rarity. To fill the scarcity of clinicallyrelevant models of GEP-NEN, we established 25 lines of NEN organoids andperformed their comprehensive molecular characterization including WES, and RNA-sequence.This dataset include one line of the NEN organoid library.
