资源简介:
This dataset corresponds to the research article titled "Raw data for Immunoinformatics-guided design and evaluation of a multi-epitope vaccine based on OmpA, OmpK36 and OmpX against Klebsiella pneumoniae infection," aiming to provide comprehensive and standardized raw data to support reproducibility and facilitate subsequent studies in related fields. The core content of this dataset encompasses the entire workflow of designing and evaluating a multi-epitope vaccine against Klebsiella pneumoniae, primarily including the following categories of raw data: 1) foundational antigen target data, specifically the amino acid sequences of the outer membrane proteins OmpA, OmpK36, and OmpX [sourced from the UniProt database: OmpA (P24017), OmpK36 (D6QLY0), and OmpX (A0A377TR31)]; 2) raw immunoinformatics analysis data covering T-cell epitope prediction, B-cell epitope prediction, epitope immunogenicity scoring, toxicity and allergenicity prediction, including original output data and threshold parameters; 3) vaccine construction and characterization data, comprising raw information on multi-epitope vaccine sequence assembly, physicochemical property calculations (molecular weight, isoelectric point, hydrophobicity, etc.), and visualizations of secondary and tertiary structure modeling. All data in this dataset were obtained and curated in strict accordance with academic research standards and data sharing principles: foundational sequence data were retrieved compliantly from the public UniProt database (https://www.uniprot.org/); immunoinformatics analysis data were generated using widely recognized specialized software within the field. All data have undergone authenticity verification and standardization, ensuring absence of redundancy or errors, thus facilitating direct use for result reproduction and secondary analysis. This dataset is released under the CC-BY 4.0 open license and is available for academic research worldwide in areas including vaccine development against Klebsiella pneumoniae, optimization of immunoinformatics analysis methods, and screening of bacterial membrane protein antigenic epitopes. Users are requested to properly cite the associated research article and the dataset DOI when utilizing this dataset, and to strictly adhere to data usage guidelines prohibiting commercial use or unauthorized research.
