The sequencing data captures the evolution of microbial communities inoculated into reactors containing Sb(V)-coprecipitated ferrihydrite, sulfate, lactate, and three phosphate concentrations (0, 0.2, and 2 mM). Phosphate-enhanced microbial activity facilitated iron and sulfate reduction, subsequently altering the fate of initially immobilized Sb(V).
