Gene expression analysis using RNA Sequencing of the Saccharomyces cerevisiae HTA1-S121A strain upon thermo and osmotic stress.

To study the relevance of the post-translational modification in the H2A histone residue S121, we assessed the genome-wide transcriptional response of the non-phosphorylatable histone mutant HTA1-S121A (H2AS121A) upon two different stress conditions; osmostress and heat shock为探究组蛋白H2A的S121位点翻译后修饰的相关性，本研究针对渗透压胁迫与热激两种不同胁迫条件，评估了不可磷酸化组蛋白突变体HTA1-S121A（H2AS121A）的全基因组转录应答情况。
