Purpose: To detect the alterations in transcriptional profile of primary LSECs isolated from Tgfbr2 ECKO mice and Tgfbr2f/f mice in CCl4-induced liver fibrosis. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for LSECs from Tgfbr2 ECKO mice and Tgfbr2f/f mice treated with CCl4. Methods: we generated endothelial-specific Tgfbr2 knockout mice. We then subjected Tgfbr2 ECKO and its littermates Tgfbr2f/f mice to CCl4 injection for 6 weeks.
