CSV contains data measured in situ in Al Fahal reef used to create Figure 1. It includes 7 columns
- ID_Experimen: Id assigned to each field experiment included in the study.
-Species: ID of the two species included in the study Acropora spp. and P. verrucosa
- Replicate: Biological replicates associated with each experiment and sampling time.
- Fv.Fm: Photosynthetic efficiency measured in situ using diving PAM.
-SamplingTime: ID of the sampling time associated to each experiment.
-Date: Date of the field experiment
-EnvT: In situ seawater temperature (daily average) the date of the field experiment.
Performance data collected during the CBASS experiment for Acropora spp. and Pocillopora verrucosa

CSV contains data measured during the CBASS experiment in tanks used to create Figures 2 and 3 and Table 1.
-ID_Experiment: ID assigned to each field experiment included in the study.
-Species: ID of the two species included in the study Acropora spp. and P. verrucosa
-Sample Name: ID of each coral fragment placed in the tank
-Site: ID of the colonies treatment if any. All coral colonies were non-treated
-Tank: Tank ID
-Temp: Assay temperature of each tank
-Geno: Biological replicate
-PAM: Fv/Fm values measured after the experiment in the tanks using a diving PAM
-SamplingTime: ID of the sampling time associated with each experiment.
-Date: Date of the experiment
-EnvT: In situ seawater temperature (daily average) the date of the field experiment.
Dataset combining thermal thresholds and environmental data to fit lmer models.
