Supporting Data for "Closing the Evidence-to-Action Gap in Jackfruit Disease Management: A Structured Evidence Map and Management-Validation Framework"
收藏资源简介:
This dataset provides the supporting materials for the structured evidence map entitled “Closing the Evidence-to-Action Gap in Jackfruit Disease Management: A Structured Evidence Map and Management-Validation Framework.” The final evidence base contains 185 unique included records. Stable audit identifiers S001–S189 are retained for traceability; S083, S112, S014, and S016 are documented as retired duplicate/version identifiers and are not included in the final analytical corpus. The deposited materials include the final study-level traceability register, pathogen-causality and management-evidence matrices, research-priority mappings, claim-coverage and citation-closure quality-control fields, the PRISMA-style screening and duplicate/version audit, the publication-level management-translation table, the Tier-A/M1 robustness analysis, and the final supporting information. The evidence synthesis identifies 53 normalized pathogen taxa or groups and 66 pathogen–disease combinations, of which 34 have A/B etiological support. The final management matrix contains 198 pathogen–intervention relations (20 M1, 8 M2, 105 M3, and 65 M4); the 28 M1/M2 relations derive from 14 independent publications. Thirty pathogen–disease combinations remain P1 management-priority gaps. Original database exports and third-party bibliographic content are not redistributed except where permitted by the terms of the source databases. Author-created annotations, normalized matrices, audit files, derived tables, and documentation are released under the license specified for this Zenodo record. Version: 1.0.0
