Legionella abscondita sp. nov. isolated from soil and hot springs

Legionella abscondita sp. nov. isolated from soil and hot springs demonstrated the same immunogenicity as that of L. pneumophila. Whole-genome analyses were conducted on these isolates. We report the characterization of these isolates as a new Legionella species.
