ChIP-seq sequencing data of wheat WFZP gene

To identify target genes of wheat WFZP gene, we ovexpressed WFZP gene fused with 3 FLAG tags. Then we collected young spike samples of overexpressing lines, and performed ChIP-seq sequencing. 4 sequencing libraries for ChIP-seq were constructed, including the two incubated with anti-FLAG antibodies (OE-anti-1和OE-anti-2) and the other two without anti-FLAG antibodies (OE-input-1和OE-input-2). These libraries were sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 sequencer.
