Virus genomes and genome fragments reconstructed in the study "<b>Mother-Infant Gut Viruses and their Bacterial Hosts: Transmission Patterns and Dynamics during Pregnancy and Early Life</b>" (NEXT_Pilot) and their metadata.Briefly, present sequences were assembled from virus-like particles enriched fecal longitudinal samples of 30 mothers and their 32 infants from the Lifelines NEXT cohort prior to the extensive decontamination using reference and virus hallmark genes-based approaches.
